Our Story

Rooted in Community. Connected Through Yoga.

Pantego Yoga House was born from a simple but powerful vision. To create a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel at home.

For owner Stacey Brown, opening a yoga studio in her hometown is much more than a business venture. It is a full-circle moment. As a lifelong educator and longtime member of the Arlington and Pantego community, Stacey has spent more than two decades helping others learn, grow, and discover their potential. Bringing a yoga community to Pantego is a natural extension of that calling.

Years ago, yoga entered Stacey's life during a season when she needed it most. What began as a physical practice soon became a pathway to clarity, resilience, and transformation. Her mat became a place to return to herself again and again. A place for healing, grounding, and growth.

That experience inspired a dream to create a studio where people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels could feel seen, supported, and connected.

Today, Pantego Yoga House is more than a place to practice yoga. It is a place to gather, breathe, move, and build meaningful connections. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the very first time or have practiced for years, you will find a welcoming community that believes yoga is for every body.

We believe that yoga extends far beyond movement. It is about creating space for stillness, strength, self-discovery, and connection. Through classes, workshops, and intentional experiences, we hope to provide opportunities for both personal practice and collective growth.

When you walk through our doors, our hope is simple. That you feel welcomed, supported, and part of something meaningful.

Welcome home.
