Stacey

I'm an Arlington and Pantego native, and yoga has been part of my life for more than 11 years. Like many people, I first came to yoga because it looked like a great workout.

What I discovered was so much more. Yoga became the practice that helps me stay grounded, clear-minded, and connected, both on and off the mat.

My classes are supportive, welcoming, and centered on creating a space where you can simply be yourself without feeling like you have to perform. I believe yoga is about breath and movement, not touching your toes or mastering arm balances.

Yoga truly is for every body. When I'm not at the studio, you'll usually find me with my family, our dog Otis, enjoying time by the water, or baking treats to share with friends. I can't wait to welcome you into our community.

Stacy

I've been practicing yoga for more than 25 years and teaching for over a decade.

My path to yoga wasn't a simple one, but it became a turning point that transformed my life. Through my own journey, I discovered the incredible power of nervous system awareness, self-awareness, and the healing that comes from consistent practice.

My classes encourage curiosity, mindful movement, and the understanding that yoga is about so much more than poses. I hope every student leaves feeling empowered, connected, and a little more at home within themselves.

Outside the studio, you'll usually find me outdoors, learning something new, oil painting, making jewelry, or sewing. I truly believe healing isn't meant to happen alone, and sometimes the strongest thing we can do is ask for support and keep showing up, one practice at a time.

I'm a Texas transplant with roots in Alabama, Tennessee, and Austin, but Pantego Yoga House truly feels like home.

I've been practicing yoga for more than 14 years and teaching for eight. I first found yoga while teaching high school, during a season when stress felt overwhelming. What started as an after-work class quickly became the practice that helped me reconnect with myself, and I haven't stopped since.

My classes are mindful, accessible, and energetic, with an emphasis on honoring your body and remembering that yoga looks different every day. I believe the practice is about so much more than the poses—it's about breath, gratitude, and learning to begin again.

Outside the studio, I enjoy traveling, hiking, live music, and spending time with my partner, Jesse, family, and friends. I look forward to welcoming you into a space where everyone belongs.

Jessica

I grew up on New York's oldest vegetable farm in the small town of Accord, just outside New York City.

I've practiced yoga on and off for nearly 20 years, but what first drew me to the mat was the feeling of complete peace in Savasana. I've been chasing that feeling ever since.

My classes are full of joy, curiosity, and a reminder not to take ourselves too seriously. I believe a sense of humor belongs in yoga just as much as gratitude does. Outside the studio, I love traveling, gardening, and spending time with my husband, Peter, and our two daughters, Lia and Grace, who are my greatest blessings.

Although I'm naturally an introvert, teaching yoga has helped me grow in ways I never imagined, and I'm so grateful to share this practice with such an incredible community.

I'm originally from Arlington, and after spending 15 years in Australia raising my family and building businesses, I'm grateful to be back in my hometown.

Returning with my three kids has been one of the biggest transitions of my life, and finding Pantego Yoga House felt like finding home again. I first stepped onto a yoga mat more than 20 years ago at The Yoga Project, thinking I was simply there for a great workout. What I found instead was a lifelong practice that continues to challenge, humble, and ground me through every season of life.

My classes are strong, mindful, and authentic, with plenty of encouragement and the occasional joke. I believe yoga, like life, is a practice. Show up without judgment, breathe through the hard parts, laugh often, and trust that every time you step onto your mat, you're exactly where you're meant to be.

I'm originally from Southern California, but DFW has been home since 2013. When I learned Pantego Yoga House was opening just down the street from my home, I knew it was where I was meant to be. I've been practicing yoga for over 12 years after discovering free classes next to my high school, and I was immediately captivated by the practice.

My classes are empowering, playful, and heart-centered, with an emphasis on using breath and movement to create balance in both the body and nervous system. I hope you'll leave feeling more present, connected, and at home within yourself.

Outside the studio, I love making music, thrifting, and exploring creative projects. You'll also find me behind the bar on weekends, where I work as an award-winning bartender. I'm so grateful to be part of this incredible community and can't wait to practice with you.

I discovered yoga nearly 20 years ago as a way to manage the pain of scoliosis, but what I found was so much more than physical relief. The practice had such a profound impact on my mind and body that, while studying to become a counselor, I knew I wanted to become a yoga instructor as well. Today, I love bringing those two passions together.

I believe the attunement and connection cultivated during a yoga practice can be truly life changing, and Pantego Yoga House is a place that shares those values.

My teaching style is intuitive, fluid, and strong, with an emphasis on honoring your body while discovering your own strength.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me outdoors, reading, watching baseball, or making memories with my family.

Steph

I began my yoga journey in 2010 with home DVDs before discovering a Baptiste-affiliated studio, where I fell in love with the practice. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and Reiki Master, I weave the wisdom of the chakras, meridian theory, and Traditional Chinese Medicine into my classes. I love teaching both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, creating experiences that balance movement with stillness while encouraging self-awareness, healing, and transformation.

My intention is to help students connect mind, body, spirit, and energy through mindful movement, breath, and meditation.

Outside the studio, I work as a GI RN and enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my husband and friends. I hope every student leaves feeling supported, connected, and empowered to simply be.

I'm an Arlington native, and returning to teach at Pantego Yoga House feels like coming home. I've been practicing yoga since 2011 after college stress quite literally caused my jaw to lock shut.

What started as a recommendation from friends became the practice that helped me find balance, and it's been part of my life ever since. My classes are steady, mindful, and fun because I believe we're all just humans having a human experience.

I hope you leave feeling more present, more accepting of yourself, and a little more at peace than when you arrived. When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me with my husband and dogs, reading, painting with watercolors, writing, traveling, or enjoying a good laugh. And yes, I studied opera in college, but don't ask me to sing!

Charlotte

I'm an Arlington native, and it feels incredibly special to be teaching just down the road from where I grew up.

I've been practicing yoga for more than 10 years after first discovering it as a dance major in college. I was looking for a way to move without the pressure to perform, and yoga became the place where I could simply be.

My classes are unhurried, fluid, and introspective, with an emphasis on helping you trust your body's intuition and discover that your greatest teacher is already within you. I believe yoga isn't about being "good" at the poses. It's about showing up, breathing, and building a deeper connection with yourself.

Outside of the studio, I work in marketing and love diving into my own creative practices as often as I can. I'm grateful to be part of such a supportive community!

I'm an Arlington native, and I've been practicing yoga for more than 10 years after first stepping onto the mat as a college athlete looking for a new way to train. What began as a physical workout quickly became a lifelong practice that strengthened both my body and my mind.

My classes are playful, challenging, and grounded in helping you discover your own unique alignment and strength. I love teaching arm balances and inversions, especially Crow Pose, and watching students surprise themselves with what they're capable of.

Outside the studio, you'll usually find me outdoors gardening, spending time in nature, or hanging out with my dog, Leo.

What I love most about Pantego Yoga House is our welcoming community where everyone belongs. My hope is that you'll be patient with yourself, stay curious, and enjoy the journey one breath at a time.

Selase

I'm a first-generation Ghanaian, and I've been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. I first came to the mat to improve my flexibility for the sports I loved, but what I found was so much more.

Yoga became a place to ground myself, quiet my mind, and reconnect with my own sense of peace.

My classes are grounded, freeing, and just the right amount of challenging. I want every student to know they're welcome exactly as they are. Your presence is enough—come catch a vibe, flow, or simply breathe.

Outside the studio, you'll usually find me acting in film and television, writing, or spending time with my family. I love the incredible community at Pantego Yoga House, and I'm grateful to share a practice that continues to inspire strength, confidence, and connection every single day.

Teresa

I'm originally from Durango, Mexico, and was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. Although I first came to yoga for the physical practice, I stayed for the sense of community and the personal growth I found along the way. I found my home at Pantego Yoga House after attending a Christmas Eve class in 2024, and I've been grateful to grow alongside this incredible community ever since.

My classes are energetic, supportive, and inclusive, with the hope that every student feels welcome exactly as they are. I believe yoga doesn't end when class is over—it becomes part of the way we move through everyday life.

Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and working as a therapist. One day, I hope to share this practice by teaching yoga in my native Spanish.

I'm proud to call Mansfield home, and I've been practicing yoga for more than 13 years. I first found yoga during a particularly stressful season in my career, and it quickly became a place where I could slow down, refocus, and reconnect with myself. Today, I love sharing that same experience with others.

My classes are upbeat, focused, and intentional, encouraging students to move with purpose while honoring exactly where their bodies are each day. I believe yoga gives us a chance to truly live in the moment, and that's something we can carry with us long after class ends.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jeff, family and friends, reading, and dreaming about trips to Scottsdale. And yes...I'm a proud Swiftie through and through!

I'm originally from Cali, Colombia, and my family and I made Arlington home because of its strong sense of community and the wonderful opportunities it offered our children.

Yoga has become a meaningful part of my life, and I love sharing a practice that meets people exactly where they are.

My hope is that every student discovers just how strong and capable they truly are, while learning to use their breath to move through challenges both on and off the mat. I believe the breath is the heart of the practice, helping us find calm, strength, and balance no matter what life brings.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and dreaming of sunny days by the ocean. I look forward to welcoming you into class and sharing this journey together.

Kym

I'm originally from South Korea and have lived in many places across the United States before making Texas home with my husband.

I began practicing yoga in 2009 when I walked into a Bikram studio during breast cancer treatment, and what started as a chance visit became a lifelong practice. Yoga has taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of showing up for myself one day at a time.

My classes are welcoming and encouraging, with a focus on moving with intention and honoring where you are each day. I believe every practice is an opportunity to grow, and your best effort is always enough.

When I'm not at the studio, I enjoy reading, gardening, spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Ping and Pong, and watching live sports. I look forward to practicing with you.

Suzanne

I discovered yoga 16 years ago after a running injury and two hip surgeries led me to look for a new way to move my body. As a marathon and triathlon runner, I walked into my first hot vinyasa class knowing almost nothing about yoga, and I was immediately hooked.

Since then, yoga has become so much more than a workout. It has brought me strength, peace, and an incredible sense of community.

My classes are fun, thoughtful, and welcoming, and I hope you'll leave feeling encouraged to try hard things, laugh along the way, and enjoy the journey.

When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, our children, and our three grandchildren. I'm also a lifelong technology enthusiast with two patents in the IT field, an avid reader, and someone who's always ready to try a new craft.

I'm originally from Carrollton, Texas, but I've called the Arlington area home for most of my adult life. When Pantego Yoga House opened, I was excited to find a studio that brought this wonderful community together.

I've been practicing yoga since 2007 after taking my very first class at a local gym, and I was hooked from day one.

My classes are designed to be both welcoming and progressively challenging, helping students of all experience levels build confidence, strength, and trust in their own bodies. I encourage curiosity, mindful movement, and the understanding that yoga is about so much more than what happens on the mat.

Outside the studio, you'll usually find me enjoying the outdoors, riding my bike, spending time with my grandsons, or cheering on college football. I look forward to sharing this practice with you.

Jeff

I've called Arlington home since 1989 after moving here to attend UT Arlington. I first came to yoga in 2020 to help with spinal issues, but I quickly realized I'd found much more than physical relief—I found my people.

My classes are welcoming, fun, and centered on helping students slow down, connect, and be fully present. I believe yoga begins with the breath, and when we breathe first, movement naturally follows. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have practiced for years, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged.

Outside the studio, I love live music, gardening, fly fishing, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my two sons and my partner, Sally. And yes...I really did once live in a van down by the river.
